Most orders will ship within 3
business days, and up to 5 business days standard policy, provided the product ordered is in stock. Shipment within a 5 business day window excludes volume orders, or orders containing more than 50 items. December 24th and December 31st are not counted as business days as they are the Eve's of the holiday, no service guarantees during this time frame. Orders are not
processed or shipped on Same day, Saturday or Sunday, except by prior
arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We do not offer refunds based on carrier performance. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
This applies for items shipped via Ground and Express shipping options. Freight shipments are scheduled and a 1-week window is required for in-stock items.

Separate orders placed within the shipping and handling window for fulfillment will not be combined, even at the request of the customer. To do this affects the process of fulfillment and could cause errors in shipping from an alternative method specified.-- Non-US Sales Export Documentation Supplemental Fee --
Orders for items to be exported out of the USA may incur documentation fees that are billable (separately from store checkout). Parcel (box package) items shipped with order under $2500 USD documentation is included with the exception of items shipped to a forwarding company. Parcel documentation requested by a forwarding exporter will incur a $50 documentation fee to complete paperwork. Parcels valued over $2500 USD in goods in a single order will incur a $90 documentation fee to complete export documentation. Items moved via truck freight to either ocean cargo freight or air freight and exported will incur the following documentation fees; $60 for items arranged exported by Unique Diesel's carriers, or $90 for items handled by customer's forwarder or handling for documentation fees.-- Customer Freight Forwarded Parcels --
Orders placed on the online store assume direct delivery to the customer. When a customer utilizes a freight forwarder typically for exports out of the USA this is typically not known by shipper, even if known the following limitations apply. Unique Diesel is not responsible for packages delivered to or through freight forwarders, use at your own risk.
