Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Unique Diesel - GM Truck holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply. For countries outside of the USA all duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiving party (customer) and we will not collect and pay taxes to foreign countries (non USA). For USA customers, at this time only shipments made in Texas are charged sales tax, we do not meet the thresholds set by the US Supreme Court to collect taxes for other states. Unique Diesel reserves the right in the future to restrict sales to states that are difficult to deal with and or enforce high taxation on it's residents.
