This is a set of 16 slow bleed rate heavy duty performance lifters for use in 6.2 and 6.5 engines in special use builds. These HD very close tolerance lifter acts like a mechanical lifter but is still hydraulic. They allow full cam lift throughout the rpm band without losing lift from the lifter bleeding down during the lifting motion and provides oil just like a normal lifter would. There lifters are primarily useful in engines that have higher spring rates (like higher seat pressure or from custom springs).

These units also feature a spray hole that feeds pressurized oil directly to the needle bearings which serves to provide more lubrication and cooling to the needle bearings when being used with more spring pressure.
